Shipping and returns
All Zeeside products are made to order, only after your order.
We cannot accept returns for changes of mind or model/color changes.
For products with sizes (t-shirts, sweatshirts and clothing) it is possible to request a size exchange within 14 days, under the following conditions:
– the product must be intact, unused and unwashed;
– Return and new shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products without a size (shopping bags, mugs, posters, accessories) cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will replace the product free of charge or issue a refund, subject to verification.
Please email us within 14 days at info@zeeside.com, attaching your order number and clear photos of the problem.
