The Services are offered by Valentina Maggio, sole proprietor, VAT no. 18254861000, registered office in Rome (Italy).
“Zeeside” is a trade name/brand used by Valentina Maggio. In these Terms, “Zeeside”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Valentina Maggio as sole proprietor, seller, and data controller.
Zeeside operates this shop and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, services, and anything connected to the Zeeside environment, in order to provide you—our customer—with a great shopping experience (the “Services”). Zeeside is supported by Shopify®, which enables us to provide the Services.
The following terms and conditions, together with the information contained herein (“Terms and Conditions of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and obligations when using the Services.
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service carefully, as they include important information regarding your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty limitations and liability limitations.
By visiting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service and by our Privacy Policy.

To use the Services—including accessing or browsing the online shops or purchasing products and services—you may need to provide certain information such as your email address and billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our shops is accurate, current, and complete, and that you hold all necessary rights to provide such information. Furthermore, by purchasing from our shop, you take responsibility for having provided the information mentioned above and release us from any error resulting from the incorrect provision of such data.
You are responsible for your account activity and for safeguarding your account credentials. You must not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to others. Any violation of these rules will result in suspension of your account and may allow us to cancel any of your orders.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to present our products and services accurately in our online shop. However, the display of product colors and appearance may vary depending on the device you use or its settings and configuration.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance or quality of the products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or be identical to descriptions or images shown in our online shops.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time, without notice and at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities offered to any individual, geographic area, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making a purchase offer. Zeeside reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until Zeeside formally accepts it. Before accepting an order, we must receive and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Zeeside may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been accepted.
If an order is rejected, modified, or cancelled, we will notify you through the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.

You represent and warrant that you are making purchases for personal or household use and not for resale or export. Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized use of Zeeside-branded products—whether current or discontinued—is prohibited.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices shown on the Site are final for consumers and not subject to VAT pursuant to the flat-rate scheme (art. 1, paragraphs 54–89, Law 190/2014). Any shipping costs and, if applicable, customs/import duties are displayed or communicated prior to payment when estimable.
Prices, discounts, and offers may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email. Unless specified otherwise, published prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or shipping, handling, or import fees. Zeeside cannot influence customs or import/export fees in other countries unless otherwise stated in the listing and accepts no responsibility for additional or different charges applied by relevant authorities.
Prices in our online shops may differ from those in any physical or third-party stores. During promotions, special discounts, or catalog updates, we may offer deals that affect pricing and that are subject to terms independent of these Terms. In case of conflict, the terms of the specific offer prevail.
For all purchases, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding purchases, payments, and accounts. You agree to promptly update your account and other data—including email address and credit card numbers and expiry dates—to enable completion of transactions and contact where necessary.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) the credit card information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete,
(ii) you are authorized to use the credit card for purchases,
(iii) charges will be honored by your credit card company, and
(iv) you will pay the total amount shown at checkout for your purchase.
Invoices are issued upon request for private customers who submit the required data; they are always issued for customers with a VAT number.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are made to order through our partner Printful®. The timelines shown on the Site are estimates and may vary due to events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, or events outside our control. Once products are handed to the courier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
For shipments from non-EU countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services—including trademarks, brands, text, visuals, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, as well as their design, selection, and arrangement—are the property of Zeeside, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by Italian, European, and foreign patent, copyright, and intellectual property laws.
These Terms allow you to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create copies, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our written consent. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, nothing in these Terms grants you any license or rights to Zeeside’s, Shopify®’s, or any third party’s patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.
Unauthorized use of the Services may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Zeeside.
Zeeside names, logos, product names, services, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Zeeside or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use these trademarks without Zeeside’s written permission. Shopify® names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify®. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may have access to customer tools provided by third parties as part of the Services; we do not monitor, control, or input any of these tools.
You understand and agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees, representations, conditions, or endorsements. We bear no responsibility arising from or related to your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you must ensure that you are familiar with and accept the terms on which such tools are provided by their respective third-party providers.
We may offer new features in the future (including new tools and resources). Such features are considered part of the Services and are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Service.

We are not liable for any issues or damages connected to your access to third-party websites, or to your purchase or use of products, services, resources, or content on third-party websites. Please carefully read and understand the relevant third-party policies and practices before making any transaction.
Any claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products or services must be addressed to the respective third parties.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY®
Zeeside is hosted on Shopify®, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, sales and purchases you make in our Store take place directly with Zeeside. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify® is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Zeeside, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from the purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify® and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to purchases and transactions you carry out with Zeeside.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data we collect through the Services are subject to our Privacy Policy, available here: https://www.zeeside.com/en/policies/privacy-policy and certain personal data may be subject to Shopify®’s Privacy Policy, available here. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read the aforementioned privacy policies.
Because it supports the Services, Shopify® collects and processes personal data relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. To provide and improve the Services for you, the data you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify® and third parties that may be located in countries different from your own.

You confirm that your Feedback will not violate any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or any other personal or proprietary rights. You further confirm that your Feedback will not include defamatory or otherwise unlawful, offensive, or obscene content, nor contain viruses or other malware that could affect the operation of the Services or any linked website. Otherwise, any liability arising from your Feedback will fall solely on you: Zeeside cooperates with the authorities at their request. You must not use a false email address or one that belongs to others whose identity you or others have misappropriated without consent, nor pretend to be someone else or mislead us or third parties as to the origin of your Feedback. You are solely responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy. We accept no responsibility for Feedback posted by you or by third parties.

From time to time, information related to the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices, offers, promotions, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information, or cancel orders in the event of any error, at any time and without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).

We may terminate this agreement or suspend your access to the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, at our discretion and without notice; you will remain responsible for all amounts due up to the date of termination.
The following sections will continue in effect after termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Warranty Limitation, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other clause which, by its nature, should survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Zeeside, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, merchants, service providers, or licensors, nor Shopify® or its affiliates, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost income, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services or any products obtained through the Services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Services or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Services or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services, even if advised of their possibility.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeeside, Shopify®, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, merchants, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, brought by any third party due to or arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms and Conditions of Service or of any documents they incorporate by reference; (2) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that failure to give prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced thereby. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the selection of counsel, but we will not settle any claim that requires non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Service is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions of Service. The failure of Zeeside to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or with respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 20 – APPLICABLE LAW
Jurisdiction over the resolution of any dispute arising from the sales contract, the goods sold, the services provided through the site, the Zeeside brand, and any other matter relating to the purchase of goods from Zeeside is governed by the applicable law in force. The competent court is that of the purchaser in their capacity as consumer.
