Zeeside philosophy and design

Who designs the t-shirts?

Every graphic is conceived and designed in-house at Zeeside!

No clipart, no copies. They're all works of our imagination, and if you find them elsewhere, it means they've been copied! Each series tells an idea, a story, or a memory in a humorous way. The T-shirts are small narrative works, not souvenirs.

Can I find the t-shirts in the store?

For now only online and at some selected markets or events.
If you want to know where we'll be, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram @weesidewear—that's where it all happens.

Why don't I have the same T-shirt colors available on different models?

For each design we evaluate which t-shirt colors best match it chromatically. If so
If you find a certain color of t-shirt on one model but not on another, that's absolutely normal.

Orders and delivery times

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days on average.

Shipping times vary depending on destination: EU/UK/USA generally receive within 5–10 days, while for other countries it can take around 15–20 working days.

For glasses, shipping times are longer even for EU countries (typically 12-17 working days).

All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled . When the order is placed, it is automatically sent to production.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be generated and you'll receive a tracking email. The link may take up to 24 hours to show movement until the courier scans the package.

Which countries do you ship to? How much are shipping costs?

We ship to:

  • European Community countries
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Japan

The cost is calculated at checkout also based on the products purchased.

Unless otherwise specified, published prices do not include taxes or customs charges.
Zeeside cannot influence in any way the customs and import/export costs in other countries, unless otherwise indicated in the listing, and assumes no responsibility for the application of additional and different costs applied by the competent authorities.

What happens if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?

If the product is lost, arrives damaged, with a printing error, or is different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost, after verifying the problem.

In most cases, you will not need to return your item unless otherwise directed by our support team.

You have up to 14 days from delivery to report any issues related to printing errors, defective products, or incorrect items. Contact us at info@zeeside.com , sending photos that clearly demonstrate the problem and your order number.

It will take a few days to verify the report and proceed with the replacement or refund, if applicable.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments or PayPal, depending on your choice at checkout.

Transactions are processed via encrypted connections (SSL). Shopify Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

Can I pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer?

No. All orders are printed on demand and require advance payment to begin production.

When is payment charged?

Payment is taken immediately upon ordering. Once received, production of your t-shirt or other product begins automatically.

My payment failed. What can I do?

Please verify that your card or PayPal account information is correct and that you have sufficient funds. If you experience persistent issues, try another payment method or contact us at info@zeeside.com.

Will I receive a receipt or invoice?

Your order receipt will be automatically emailed immediately after payment. If you need an invoice with tax information, you can request one by writing to us at info@zeeside.com

Sizes and Fit

How do I choose the right size?

You can check your size using the size guide found on each product page.

Do the t-shirts run large or small?

You can check the fit of the t-shirt directly on the product page.

Do you have unisex/men's/women's models?

We have unisex, women's and children's models.

Can I change sizes after receiving my order?

We accept size exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
• the product must be intact, unused and unwashed;
• return costs are the responsibility of the customer;
• shipping costs for the new product are the responsibility of the customer.

Before shipping the new size, you will be asked to pay the necessary shipping costs, which will be communicated to you. You will be given the address to ship the product to, and once we receive the return and verify the condition of the item, we will ship the new size.

Materials and production

What material are the t-shirts made of?

The unisex t-shirts are made from 100% organic ring-spun cotton.

The children's and women's T-shirts are made of 100% cotton.

The oversized T-shirts are made of 100% carded cotton.

Are the prints washable?

The prints last a long time if you follow a few simple precautions: wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry, and iron inside out.

Sustainability

How do you reduce the environmental impact of production and shipping?

We print exclusively on demand (no overproduction, no warehouses full of waste), with water-based, non-toxic, Oeko-Tex certified inks, and printing processes optimized to reduce water and energy consumption.

Zeeside orders are shipped in recyclable packaging.

Are your t-shirts cruelty-free / vegan?

Yes. All Zeeside t-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton or combed ring-spun cotton and are cruelty-free: no animal fibers, glues, or animal-derived dyes.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange a size?

Each item is produced specifically and there is no warehouse of pre-packaged products.

For this reason , we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to color or model errors, nor to simple second thoughts about the purchase , without prejudice to the mandatory protections provided by consumer legislation.

We accept size exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
• the product must be intact, unused and unwashed;
• return costs are the responsibility of the customer;
• shipping costs for the new product are the responsibility of the customer.

Before shipping the new size, you will be asked to pay the necessary shipping costs, which will be communicated.
You will be given the address to which to ship the product and, once we have received the return and verified the condition of the item, we will proceed with sending the new size.

Can I return a t-shirt if it arrives damaged or incorrect?

If the product you receive is damaged, has a printing error, or is different from the one you ordered, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement at no additional cost or a refund, after verifying the problem.

How to report a problem (within 14 days of delivery):

  1. Please report the issue within 14 days of delivery by writing to info@zeeside.com
  2. Please attach clear photos of the defect/damage, the label, and the outer packaging (if relevant for shipping damage).

Our team will verify the report and, if the conditions are met, will proceed with the replacement of the defective product or refund.
It will take a few days to complete the verification.
