Who designs the t-shirts?
Every graphic is conceived and designed in-house at Zeeside!
No clipart, no copies. They're all works of our imagination, and if you find them elsewhere, it means they've been copied! Each series tells an idea, a story, or a memory in a humorous way. The T-shirts are small narrative works, not souvenirs.
Can I find the t-shirts in the store?
Currently only online and at some selected markets or events.
We prefer a few, but kind, hands. If you want to know where we'll be, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram @weesidewear—that's where it all happens.
Why don't I have the same T-shirt colors available on different models?
For each design we evaluate which t-shirt colors best match it chromatically. If so
If you find a certain color of t-shirt on one model but not on another, that's absolutely normal.
What does the Dark Tee/Light Tee in the T-shirt title mean?
For some models, we have prepared a version that is suitable for dark-colored T-shirts and a version that is suitable for light-colored T-shirts. To distinguish them, you can find the
Dark Tee/Light Tee wording in the product title.
Orders and delivery times
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production takes an average of 2–5 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on customs and destination: EU/UK/USA orders generally arrive within 7–10 days, while other countries can take around 15–20 business days.
Glassware also takes longer to ship to EU countries (typically 12–17 business days).
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events outside our control.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. As soon as you complete your purchase, it’s automatically sent into production.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be generated and you'll receive a tracking email. The link may take up to 24 hours to show movement until the courier scans the package.
Which countries do you ship to? How much are shipping costs?
We ship to:
- European Community countries
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Japan
The cost is calculated at checkout also based on the products purchased.
What happens if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?
If the product is lost, arrives damaged, with a printing error, or is different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost, after verifying the problem.
In most cases, you will not need to return your item unless otherwise directed by our support team.
You have up to 14 days from delivery to report any issues related to printing errors, defective products, or incorrect items. Contact us at info@zeeside.com , sending photos that clearly demonstrate the problem and your order number.
It will take a few days to verify the report and proceed with the replacement or refund, if applicable.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal, depending on your selection at checkout.
Transactions are protected by encrypted (SSL) connections. Shopify Payments complies with Level 1 PCI DSS standards — the highest level of payment security.
Can I pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer?
No. All orders are printed on demand and require payment in advance before production can begin.
When is the payment charged?
Payment is charged immediately upon placing the order. Once received, production of your T-shirt or selected product starts automatically.
My payment failed. What should I do?
Please check that your card or PayPal details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact us at info@zeeside.com.
Will I receive a receipt or an invoice?
An order receipt is automatically sent via email after the payment is completed. If you need an invoice with your billing details, you can request it by writing to info@zeeside.com.
Sizes and Fit
How do I choose the right size?
The T-shirts have a regular fit, so you can base your order on your usual size. However, we recommend referring to the size guide page .

Do the t-shirts run large or small?
The fit is a medium unisex, which makes it versatile and comfortable: not too loose, not too tight.
Do you have unisex/men's/women's models?
Our products are unisex , unless otherwise clearly stated on the product sheet.
Can I change sizes after receiving my order?
It is not possible to change the size after placing the order.
Materials and production
What material are the t-shirts made of?
The t-shirts are made from 100% high-quality organic ring-spun cotton.
Do you use sustainable or certified materials?
The sustainability of the cotton is certified, including GOTS, PETA Vegan, Fair Wear,
OEKO‑TEX® – a little round of applause for responsibility.
Are the prints washable?
The prints last a long time if you follow a few simple precautions: wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry, and iron inside out.
Sustainability
How do you reduce the environmental impact of production and shipping?
We print only on demand (no overproduction, no warehouse full of waste), with water-based, non-toxic and Oeko-Tex certified inks, and printing processes optimized to reduce water consumption and energy.
Zeeside orders are shipped with packaging made of recyclable materials.
Are your t-shirts cruelty-free / vegan?
Yes. All Zeeside t-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton or combed ring-spun cotton and are cruelty-free: no animal fibers, glues, or animal-derived dyes.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item for a different size?
Each item is produced specifically for the customer, and there is no stock of pre-made products.
For this reason, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to errors in color or model, nor for simple change of mind, without prejudice to the mandatory protections provided by applicable consumer law.
We accept size change requests within 14 days from delivery, under the following conditions:
• the product must be intact, unused, and unwashed;
• return shipping costs are borne by the customer;
• shipping costs for the new product are borne by the customer.
Before sending the new size, we will request payment of the applicable shipping costs, which will be communicated in advance.
You will be informed of the address to which the product must be sent and, once we have received the returned item and checked its condition, we will proceed with shipping the new size.
Can I return a t-shirt if it arrives damaged or incorrect?
If the product received is damaged, has a printing error, or differs from the item ordered, we will, at our discretion, either replace it at no additional cost or issue a refund, after verifying the issue.
How to report a problem (within 14 days from delivery):
- Send a report within 14 days from delivery by emailing info@zeeside.com
- Attach clear photos of the defect/damage, the label, and the outer packaging (if relevant for transport damage).
Our team will review your report and, if the conditions are met, will proceed with replacement of the defective product or with a refund.
Please allow a few days for the verification process.
