Every Zeeside item is created the moment you order it. This approach allows us to avoid waste and overproduction, guaranteeing you a unique product made specifically for you. Because of this "on-demand" nature, we cannot accept returns for changes or changes to the model or color.

Do you need to change size?
For clothing (t-shirts and sweatshirts) we offer the possibility of a size exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• Make sure the item is intact, unwashed and in its original condition.
• In this case, the shipping costs (for the return and sending of the new item) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Note: Non-size accessories such as mugs, bags, or posters cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
