All Zeeside products are made to order, produced exclusively after your order and then shipped.
Production time : Normally 2–5 working days.
Shipping times : vary depending on the destination; within Europe, they average 5–10 business days; to the rest of the world, they may take longer.
Shipping costs : Calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items ordered.
Returns and replacements
We do not accept returns for change of mind, as all products are personalized and made to order in accordance with the regulations on goods made to the consumer’s specifications.
We offer replacements or refunds, subject to verification, only for items that are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
If you receive an item with a print or quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@zeeside.com, including clear photos of the defect and your order number.
In most cases, returning the item will not be necessary, unless otherwise requested by our support team.
