A Length
Place the end of the measuring tape next to the collar at the top of the shirt (highest point of the shoulder). Extend the measuring tape to measure down to the bottom of the shirt.
B Width
Place one end of the tape measure at the seam under the sleeve, then extend the tape measure horizontally across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.
C Sleeve length
Place one end of the tape measure at the top of the sleeve shown, then extend the tape measure down to the hem of the sleeve.
